選考プロセス:
Our goal is to get to know you in a low-pressure, friendly environment — and to give you ample opportunity to learn more about us, too.
Once you submit your application via the form on our website, our typical process includes:
A resume screening
An in-person audition at our Kawasaki office where we will assess your sports abilities, teamwork skills, creativity, and how you interact with children. We will also look at your communication style, adaptability, and problem-solving approach during activities.
Candidates that pass the audition are granted a 2-week training contract where you learn the ILH teaching style from our experienced instructors and get hands-on experience working with children
Your first training will be an unpaid 1.5-2 hour session with one of our trainers to get you ready before you go out to class.
You will have the opportunity to shadow current dispatch teachers to see different teaching styles, and you will also have the opportunity to join in class.
During this training contract, you will have a mock evaluation where we will highlight things done well and request things that need to be improved upon
At the end of the training contact, a final evaluation will determine whether necessary improvements were made and if we will be moving forward
Candidates who pass the final evaluation will be offered a contract to work with ILH!
