About the Role:
This is a Full Time, In-Person position with International Language House (ILH), the education arm of Kurobe Corporation. We are looking for a recruiter to work with us in the Kawasaki area with experience searching for, filtering, interviewing, and processing domestic and international talent for placement within the Education (primarily Early Childhood) industry here in Japan, continuing our mission of "Connecting the World with Japan, and Japan with the world".

Requirements:
At least 1 year experience of full-time recruitment in the Education Industry
Minimum JLPT-N3 Level and/or strong proficiency in Japanese (speaking/listening and reading/writing; Native/Fluent preferred)
Business-Level English proficiency
Advanced understanding and usage experience of Google Workplace Apps (Sheets, Docs and Google Drive Navigation)
Strong file organization abilities (both digital and physical mediums) with a focus on quickly and effectively communicating strong talent currently available as well as maintaining an accessible archive system
Google Calendar management to ensure interviews are set in a timely fashion and do not overlap
Ability to interview multiple candidates a day and process their documents
Ability to understand what ILH is looking for in candidates. Strong communication skills to engage with new people from different countries/cultures and discerning judgment skills to recommend/decline them
Self-Motivation and Initiative to not only meet deadlines, but to identify future needs and communicate to the team what is needed to prepare for those needs
(NOT a requirement, but a plus) Connections to overseas schools/businesses looking to hire Japanese certified and trained educators/care providers
(NOT a requirement, but a plus) Additional language skills
(NOT a requirement, but a plus) Experience in recruiting and placing Computer/Software Engineering-related roles
Expectations:
Lead a team of 2 assistant recruiters to find, interview and process candidates through various forms of recruitment mediums (i.e. GaijinPot, Jobs In Japan, Direct Applications through ILH Recruitment Website, etc.)
Work closely with our Sales team to connect successful talent to local schools and businesses here in Japan
Work in-person at our Kawasaki office to fulfill 8 hour work days and meet weekly and monthly goals outlined by the management team
Provide regular updates to the team and have information on-hand when asked
Take ownership of your role within the team
Salary:
Base 25万円 ー 28万円 monthly salary with incentives* based on results
10 guaranteed days of Paid Time Off after completing 3 months of work
*Incentives are based on experience, successful hires, etc. To be discussed.
