We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our partner’s team in a role that combines early childhood care with English language education.
The position involves supporting the growth and development of children aged 0 to 5 in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, while introducing English through interactive and age-appropriate activities. It also includes planning and implementing programs that encourage curiosity, communication, and confidence.
The successful candidate will be dispatched to various schools in the Tokyo area operated by our partner, adapting to different environments while maintaining a consistent standard of care and instruction. In addition, they will support general operational tasks in coordination with the head office, contributing to the smooth running of the organization.

For over 20 years, Kurobe Corporation has been connecting nurseries, kindergartens, afterschool programs, international schools, etc. throughout Japan with talented international instructors, and supporting their English programs through our education division, “International Language House” (ILH). We also own and manage three bilingual schools and two licensed nurseries in Kanagawa.
Across the Kanto area (mainly Tokyo and Kanagawa) we partner with over 150 educational institutions, providing English teaching staff and recruitment support. Our goal is simple: to create fun, engaging English experiences that help learners here in Japan connect with the world while staying true to their identity.
業務内容:
Be active and flexible staff members who are willing to go out to client locations within Kanto in the morning and afternoon, and perform high quality lessons that adhere to the teaching style and content distributed by the main office.
Take responsibility and pride in your work. You will be representing our partner company to the communities that they serve.
Arrive early to your designated locations to allow for sufficient prep time
Be presentable
Greet and interact politely with clients
Prioritize safety while creating a fun environment in the classroom
応募要件:
Strong English ability (Native or Native Level)
At least 1 year of experience teaching children in Japan in some capacity or are able to show immediate results within the classroom.
Must be energetic and enjoy performing in front of children. The ideal candidate is:
Creative and engaging
Team player who works well with Japanese staff
Comfortable leading fun and active classes
Excited to grow professionally in the education field
The position requires working five days per week scheduled between Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a one-hour break).
The schedule is primarily from Monday to Friday; however, occasional Saturday work may be required due to events. In such cases, substitute holidays will be provided.
Overseas applicants are welcome to apply
Applicants currently residing in Japan must be based in Tokyo or willing to relocate at their own expense.
Bachelor's Degree (required for visa sponsorship)
Our partners can sponsor visas for overseas applicants. However, if you are currently residing in Japan, your visa must have at least three months remaining from your start date. This allows enough time to complete assessments, training, and the necessary immigration procedures.
給与・待遇:
22万円 ~ monthly salary (Range based on skill during assessment/trial period)
