We hold auditions with several to several dozen instructors at a time to select high quality instructors. We also utilize our network of overseas universities with departments of early childhood education and Japanese language education to recruit instructors not only from Japan but also from overseas.

Our instructors undergo regular training to improve their quality. In addition, we dispatch only instructors with a deep understanding of the Japanese childcare field and how foreign and Japanese childcare workers can cooperate with each other, drawing on know-how gained from our own licensed nursery schools and bilingual schools.

We have a unique and creative team of instructors. Many of our instructors excel in a variety of fields, such as dance, singing, sports, and musical instruments, bringing out the diverse interests of children. In addition, by spending time with our international instructors, children will naturally feel closer to the world.
