Requirements:
Required:
Currently residing in Japan (or planning to move to Japan)
Experience* as an IT Engineer
Currently holding valid residence status allowing employment in Japan, or planning to obtain such status
Willingness to submit a resume and work history
Preferred:
JLPT N2/N1 certification
Ability to communicate in English
Prior work experience at a Japanese company and understanding on Japanese work culture

Salary/Benefits:
Salaries vary depending on the company, experience/skill-level, chosen field, etc. Below are typical* ranges depending on years of experience/demonstrated skills:
Examples of salary:
3-5 Year Experience: 4–6 million yen
5-10 Years Experience: 6–8 million yen
10+ Years Experience: 8 million yen or more
